An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, where an item is unavailable, where the price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud.

Products and availability

Products shown on this site are subject to availability. We describe every dress from the garment itself, including its length, neckline, fastenings and lining, and we photograph it as it is. Colours can appear differently between screens, and that variation is outside our control.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars and include no taxes or shipping unless stated. Shipping is added at checkout according to our shipping policy, and any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our shipping policy and returns by our refund policy. Both are published on this site and form part of these terms.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under it. You agree not to use this site unlawfully, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to access parts of it you have not been granted access to.
