Shipping
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the United States is $8. Orders of $70 or more ship free. Express shipping is $15.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2PM Eastern are processed the following business day. Standard delivery then takes 4–8 business days after processing.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at present. We ship within the United States only.
Returns
Can I return a dress?
Yes. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on an unworn item in its original condition with tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one. In those two cases we cover it.
Is there a restocking fee?
No.
When will I be refunded?
Once the return reaches us and is inspected, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly it appears.
Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
Sizes offered range from S to XXL. Each product page lists the sizes available for that dress.
How do I choose?
See our size guide. The cut matters more than the label: a bodycon dress and an a-line dress in the same size will not fit the same way.
Orders and payment
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as you can. If the order has not been processed yet, we can usually change it.

The payment methods shown at checkout are the ones we accept.
