Shipping Policy

Class Hour Fashion ships within the United States. This policy explains what shipping costs, how long it takes, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more ship free. Express shipping is $15. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 2PM Eastern are processed on the following business day. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.

Delivery time

After processing, standard delivery takes 4 to 8 business days. Express delivery is faster, and the estimate shown at checkout applies. Total time to your door is the processing time plus the delivery time, so allow for both when ordering for a specific date.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of the processing window closing, email support@classhourfashion.com with your order number.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address given on the order. If an address is wrong, email us immediately: if the order has not been processed we can usually correct it, and once it has shipped we cannot.

Undeliverable and returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you at the email address on the order. We can reship it once you confirm a corrected address, and reshipping is charged at the standard rate.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, or if it arrives damaged, email support@classhourfashion.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and resolve it with you.
